PPC Analyst

We are looking for a PPC Analyst to help drive our vision of paid search to the next level. If you have a passion for paid search marketing, the knowledge to back it up, and constantly strive to learn new skills and thrive in a dynamic workplace, we may be the agency you’re looking for.

We work in an agile environment consisting of small, autonomous teams, rather than layers of management that contribute nothing to our clients’ bottom line. We’re looking for bright, innovative and passionate people who can contribute to our continued success.

Our paid search teams are multi-skilled and you will focus on:

  • Account management and analysis – Including creating keywords to brief, producing compelling text, text analysis, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, daily checks for performance and weekly client reporting, and managing client budgets.
  • Client management – We pride ourselves on having great relationships with our clients, so you will be helping us foster these relationships by taking calls, responding to emails, participating in presentations and meeting face to face. You will also develop client and product knowledge and proactively contribute to the client’s digital marketing strategy, and provide insights to clients in regards to competitor and environment feedback.
  • Problem-solving – You will provide feedback and recommendations on tracking issues to revenue allocation models. Being able to think outside the box is key to your success.
  • Business development – You will identify opportunities in the marketplace and growth opportunities for existing clients, assist with audit work for these clients and attend prospective pitches.

You will be working as part of a team so will also be expected to participate in team discussions and meetings, assist with induction and training of new staff, and be able to delegate and organise client priorities in the absence of team lead. You will have the opportunity to progress your career to take on more responsibility for team management and running strategic client relationships.

You will have around two years plus paid search experience working on complex accounts, preferably from an agency environment. A 2:1 or higher degree (or equivalent), great communication skills, strong technical/IT skills, and attention to detail are also essential.
